A Letter to Our Valued Customers: The Next Chapter in Our Story

Dear Customers,

In February 2020, Shout Out Loud Prints celebrated a significant milestone: 15 years of providing high quality, affordable screen printing services. This would not have been possible without the dedication of our founder, Pat Crann. Pat’s dedication to providing high quality screen printing coupled with his tireless drive to meet customer’s expectations has been an inspiration to all that have worked at Shout Out Loud.

After 15 years as a leader in the industry, Pat decided that it was time to step back and enjoy the fruits of his labor, departing Shout Out Loud in May of 2020. Although stepping away from SOL’s day-to-day work, he is not going away. Pat will remain a source of knowledge and insight to all of us, including myself as the new President of Shout Out Loud.

 I am very excited to join Shout Out Loud and continue serving customers with the highest quality screen printing available.  As a career Business Development executive, I bring a wide range of experiences that should enhance our ability to service our customers.  My deep knowledge of Marketing and Operations Management will enable us to continue to grow while widening our service offerings with the same quality standards you have come to expect. I look forward to leading SOL to new heights.

You may have already noticed some changes.  We have updated our company logo to better reflect our brand promise Partners in Your Creations.  We rolled out a new website and you can expect more frequent communications both via social media and email.  We have increased our ability to print heat transfers expanding the decoration options available to you.
