Match The Print Style to Your Brand
Vintage-Soft hand feel, no underbase, minimal opacity
Soft-hand screen printing is a popular method for creating trendy, retail-looking vintage garments. The nostalgic effect makes it perfect for corporate anniversaries, throwback campaigns and company stores. By eliminating the underbase, special printing techniques and sometimes the use of additives, the hand feel can remain very soft but the opacity of the print is somewhat sacrificed. The vintage print gives your new garment an old style feel.
Standard-best of both worlds, softer hand feel but complete opacity
Plastisol inks are considered standard screen-printing inks. The prints tend to be thick and opaque, but can hold small details easily. Plastisol alone prints tend to be less soft, so special printing techniques are used to produce a softer feel. With the Standard print, we use an underbase and forgo the soft hand additives to ensure the opacity desired. However, by using our proprietary print techniques we are able to deliver a softer hand feel than other printer. With Standard prints you get the best of both worlds.
Athletic-opacity and durability at the sacrifice of soft hand feel.
With the Athletic print, durability is the name of the game. If you need a print that will stand up to abuse on the field and heavy wash cycles, Athletic prints are the way to go. By using thicker Plastisol inks and smaller mesh counts, we are able to lay down a nice layer of ink that won’t give out before you and your team does.
